Our Staging Process

  • It always starts with a consultation. In this consultation, we will have an in-person walkthrough of the property. This consultation will provide you with specific recommendations in a written report. We provide guidance with furniture, décor, lighting and paint. We will discuss what modifications will catch a potential buyers interest. We will stage the home to bring out its full potential to attract buyers.

  • You’ve looked at our consultation report and are happy with the changes that might need to be done. We go ahead and start planning for the staging. We source high-quality décor and furniture that will make your space look amazing. Once everything is planned, our wonderful team is ready to stage your house.

  • At this stage, we leave you to enjoy the newly staged homes. We give this time for listings, photography, and showings.

  • Yay! Your home was sold! Now you can contact us again and book a destage. Please click here to let us know how we did.

 
 
 
 

Virtual Home Staging

If you’re looking for a home staging service and live out of area, we are happy to inform you that we have started a new service called ‘Virtual Staging’ that we provide for homeowners and real estate professionals. You want to stage your house to sell it as quickly as possible. But you live in a place where no one is able to come to stage. With just a few clicks you can buy our virtual staging services in the comfort of your home. Through our virtual staging service, you can send us images of your empty house, and we can create exceptional virtual renderings of your staged house.

How Virtual Staging Works

  • So you’re interested in our virtual staging services. Look no more. You can click here to purchase our virtual staging services. From there, you will be prompted to complete our design questionnaire.

  • Send your room dimensions and images to kay@skilldecor.com with the subject - “Virtual Staging Images - Your Full Name.” After receiving your images, we’ll review the work and reach out with questions if needed.

  • You’ve sent us images for all the rooms you want virtually staged. We have reviewed and finalised all information. You can sit back and relax and we’ll get to work and create amazing virtual renderings of the rooms you want to be staged.

    Please allow 48 hours of delivery after your purchase.

  • We have completed designing your rooms for you. Thank you for choosing our virtual staging services. We leave you to enjoy your newly virtually designed space. We would also love to know how we did. Please leave a review by clicking here.

 
 

Guidelines for Uploading Images

  • The file type should be a jpeg or png file. Please avoid using gif files. When sending pictures through email, make sure you choose to send it as an actual file so the image would have the best resolution. The minimum resolution you could send is a 1080p (1920x1080) resolution image.

  • When taking a picture make sure the lines on the walls are straight and parallel to the edge of the camera. Please look at the image provided for guidance.

  • Make sure the image shows all three: floor, wall, and ceiling. It’s better if an image shows more than two walls.
